4If you don’t mind a PVC mat, this is a decent one. I practice maybe once or twice a week and I’ve had this mat for 4 years with almost no signs of wear. Its kind of thin so I have to roll it over to cushion my knees, but this is a fine mat for someone starting out with yoga. I’ll probably upgrade to one of the rubber mats soon because I keep reading about how bad PVC is for you.
