1.5I would not recommend this mat for anyone who does any type of vinyasa flow yoga. It’s almost impossible to hold a downward dog due to slippage. While this mat is soft and may act as a good place to strech, it does not function well for anything other than padding. Do not buy this mat if you are more than a beginner at yoga.
